BNB provides an online marketplace connecting guests with hosts who offer accommodations. We facilitate bookings, payments, and communications between users. We are not the owner or operator of the listed properties and are not a party to the rental agreement between guest and host.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.
Bookings are subject to availability and host approval. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and any additional rules are set by the host or platform and will be shown at the time of booking. You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges. Refunds are governed by our cancellation policy and applicable law.
Hosts are responsible for listing accurate property information, honoring confirmed bookings, and complying with local laws and regulations. Hosts must maintain their properties in a safe and lawful condition and respond to guests in a timely manner.
Guests must use accommodations in accordance with the listing and house rules, respect the property and neighbors, and communicate honestly with hosts. Unauthorized parties, subletting, or misuse may result in cancellation and possible penalties.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, to harass others, to post false or misleading content, or to circumvent our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in our full terms. Disputes between guests and hosts should be resolved in accordance with our dispute resolution process and applicable law.
